Deionized Water, Wild Yam Extract, Glycerin (vegetable derived), Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides (coconut derived), Squalane (olive oil derived), Cetyl Alcohol (vegetable derived), Progesterone USP (1.85% - 1850 mg wild yam derived), Cetearyl Alcohol (vegetable derived), Dex Panthenol (vitamin B-5), Allantoin (sugar beet derived), Xanthan Gum (seaweed), Retinyl Palmitate (vitamin A), Hydroxyethylcellulose (plant fiber), Phenoxyethanol (preservative).

Usage
Suggested use: Apply 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily to chest, neck, face, breasts, palms, and soles of feet.
Frequency: Menstruating women should use on days 12-26 of their menstrual cycle. Non-menstruating women should use the cream for three weeks on and one week off.
