2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to:
website use;
> booking appointments;
> providing services;
> purchases through the webshop; unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services: nature and limitation
3.1 Optimaal Gezond Lab offers services focused on insight and lifestyle optimization.
3.2 We do not provide medical diagnoses or medical treatments.
3.3 Advice is not intended as a substitute for medical advice. The client remains responsible for their own choices.
4. Appointments and cancellations
4.1 Appointments can be made via the website or in writing.
4.2 You are responsible for providing correct contact information.
4.3 If you are unable to attend, you must cancel or reschedule in good time.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation/change up to 24 hours in advance
Within 24 hours: 50% of the fee
No-show: 100% of the fee
4.4 Optimaal Gezond Lab may make appointments in case of force majeure. In that case, we will offer an alternative time.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payments can be made via the offered payment methods or as agreed.
5.3 Obvious errors in pricing may be corrected.
6. Webshop: delivery
6.1 Delivery will take place at the address you provide.
6.2 Delivery times are indicative and not a strict deadline.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers) and returns
7.1 As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt.
7.2 Exceptions may apply to products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (where repeatedly permitted).
7.3 Return conditions are stated on the website and must be followed.
8. Use of supplements and products
8.1 Products are not medicines and should be used according to the label and recommended dosage.
8.2 If you are taking medication, pregnant, breastfeeding or have medical conditions: consult a doctor/pharmacist.
8.3 Optimaal Gezond Lab is not liable for reduction in unsafe use by the customer.
9. Liability
9.1 Optimaal Gezond Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or order concerned, unless mandatory law stipulates otherwise.
9.3 This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
10. Intellectual property
All content, texts, methods, images and materials are the property of Optimaal Gezond Lab or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be reported via info@optimaalgezondlab.com. We aim for a substantive response within 14 days. OGL is affiliated with SCAG.
12. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
