A rich, botanical facial oil that leaves the skin feeling visibly supple and supports skin that is becoming drier and less resilient. The formula combines nourishing plant oils with Aloe vera juice and a complex of botanical extracts, intended to keep the skin comfortable and cared for.
This facial oil is built around a lipid blend that cosmetically supports the skin barrier and refines the skin's feel:
Almond/apricot kernel oil, olive oil, jojoba, argan: nourishing, softening, supports a supple skin feel.
Safflower oil & evening primrose oil: richer fatty acid profiles; pleasant for skin that easily feels tight.
Aloe vera (Leaf Juice + Flower Extract): perceived as nourishing and hydrating.
Vitamin E (tocopherol): antioxidant care for the oil phase.
Suitable for:
normal to dry skin
skin that tends to feel tight (cold, wind, air conditioning/heating)
mature skin or skin that feels “thinner” and less resilient
those who enjoy a natural fragrance experience in skincare
Less suitable for:
very sensitive/overstimulated skin, rosacea tendency, or known perfume hypersensitivity
active acne with easily clogged pores (then prefer a lighter texture or an unscented option)
The INCI lists Parfum (natural essential oils) and fragrance allergens such as Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Geraniol, Citronellol, Coumarin.
This is not “wrong,” but it is relevant: for reactive skin or histamine-like sensitivity, this can cause stinging or redness more quickly. A patch test is advisable.
2–4 drops on lightly damp skin (after toner/serum).
Evening: as the last step, or mixed with your cream for extra comfort.
Morning: also possible, but preferably finish with SPF.
Patch test tip: 1 drop along the jawline or inner arm, evaluate after 24 hours.
Within Optimaal Gezond Lab, this product is particularly suitable as a premium nourishing facial oil for drier/mature skin, with the caveat that it is not fragrance-free. For ultra-sensitive profiles, OGL generally advises a simpler, fragrance-free route.
