Abanda Progesterone menopausal cream
Progesterone™ is a fragrance-free cream containing 20 milligrams (mg) of plant-based, natural progesterone per ¼ teaspoon of cream. A unique liposomal system, in which the ingredients are encapsulated in a membrane, allows for rapid absorption through the skin. The ingredients are then stored in the underlying fatty tissue and subsequently released into the bloodstream.

Usage
Gently massage ¼ or 1/8 teaspoon of cream daily into areas where your skin is thin. Think of areas where you can blush, such as the neck and face, or your chest, the inside of your arms or thighs, your palms or soles of your feet (unless your hands or feet have a lot of calluses).
The optimal approach is to divide the above amount into a large dose before bedtime and a small dose in the morning. Or follow the directions of your healthcare professional. If this division is not convenient for you, choose the most suitable time for you to apply the full dose of cream. Choose a different part of your skin each day to prevent over-treatment of certain areas.

On the back of the Progesterone™ tube, you will find a small dot that you can use to easily determine the dosage. A round, pea-sized dab of cream the size of the dot corresponds to approximately 1/16 teaspoon of cream; two such dabs correspond to 1/8 teaspoon. For ¼ teaspoon, you should apply four pea-sized dots.
